Vendor Tips
If your selling a baked good or product that is cooked maked sure you have all ingredients listed on item. If you sell eggs apply all cottage rule laws. If you sell live animals make sure you have the right inspections. Bring it with you. Have at booth. State drops by to check make sure you have it. Must comply with Texas’ Cottage Food Law.
A person who sells or provides samples of meat or poultry or food containing meat or poultry shall comply with Health and Safety Code, Chapter 433.
Frozen food. Stored frozen foods shall be maintained frozen. Eggs. A farmer or egg producer that sells eggs directly to the consumer at a farm or farmers' market shall maintain the eggs at an ambient air temperature of 7 degrees Celsius (45 degrees Fahrenheit) as specified in the Food Code §3-501.16(B)

Vendors watch for the live Facebook video we post at 8:55 at the start of every market. If you see me with my hand up I am filming. We post so customers can see whats available that day.
Booths are free. We do ask that you repost, hang flyers, tell friends about the market. If you are attending please share. We also do raffles 3-6 times a year. If you can please donate an item from your booth with a business card attached.
